Renee Brown Small, founder of Cyber Human Capital LLC, brings the best of two worlds to Cyber Human Capital LLC with a combined 15 years of experience within Human Resources and Cyber Security.
A consummate HR professional, Renee has worked across all disciplines in the field of Human Resources. She has made significant contributions at Fortune 500 companies including Freddie Mac and Citigroup's Investment Bank, Citi Markets and Banking. Renee’s business acumen and understanding of the increasing sensitivity surrounding confidential information naturally led her to work in the field of Cyber Security with Freddie Mac.
In her role as Cyber Security Program Manager, Renee was charged with strategic direction of internal security projects, management of cross-functional teams, task force creation, threat risk analysis and more.
She is a graduate of the Leonard N. Stern School of Business, New York University and holds an Insider Threat Program Manager (ITPM) Certification.
Renee currently blends her knowledge of the complete Human Resources life cycle with a hands-on knowledge of the challenges facing the Cyber Security industry today, to bring strategic solutions to Cyber Security clients.
